     We bring the strengths and skill sets to transform an organization through performance analysis, process improvements, policy development, and operating procedures with defined forms of objective evidence for file documentation.  The over-arching goal is to become and remain "audit-ready". 

     Our business development, government relations, and academic professionals demonstrate the experience and skills needed to readily understand the requisite requirements for improving upon an organization's existing business platform, or successfully GROW an organization or business enterprise to the next level.  

     Team members skillfully collaborate with clients to define and address the right problems at the right time fueled by strategies and new practices to elevate the organizational profile,  reengineer the business infrastructure, as appropriate, and introduce new procedures to build client confidence and promote sustainability.

     Our proven approach is not only what differentiates, but also that which makes us successful in advancing the organization's vision through optimal performance, increased productivity and improved levels of personal and group accountability.  

     Collectively, we have grown our client business activities in the context of revenues, profits, customer growth/satisfaction, accompanied by measures to achieve the appropriate forms and levels of workforce development for near- and long-term business goals.

     Our work history is documented with professional services in support of social enterprises to include community based nonprofits, small women- and minority owned business enterprises, community development corporations , and public housing authorities, resident owned and managed businesses.  We promote the capacity building of our client organizations with onsite or remote technical assistance in the areas of: financial managementITgovernment contracting (local, state, federal), business management,  risk management/internal controlspersonnel management, and workforce development to include recruitment, selection, hiring, onboarding, training and performance monitoring.

Achieving Your Goals

We enter each engagement with a Request for Information (RFI) and the identification of the Primary Point of Contact (PPOC).  The documents you provide make way for a productive project kickoff meeting.  The initial introductory meeting can be accomplished in-person or remotely.  The meeting outcomes will include, but not necessarily limited to initial agreements on a draft workplan with schedule, deliverables, responsible persons, allocation of required resources, points of access to records, people, and "places".  A decision on the manner and frequency of project communications and reporting will be accomplished.
